Each order is quoted separately, so you can see the cost of the equipment and the set-up work before anything is ordered.

Every order follows the same route, from recommendation to a working device in someone's hands.

We talk through who the equipment is for and what they do, then recommend suitable business-grade devices and accessories.
Quote and order
We send a quote for the equipment and the set-up work. Once you approve it, we place the order. Delivery times depend on the manufacturer and stock levels.
Configure and secure
We install updates, your applications and security settings, and add devices to management and monitoring where we support your IT.
Deploy
We hand devices over in person or ship them to staff, move data from old devices where agreed and check that each person can sign in.

Delivery times depend on manufacturer stock and supplier lead times, and equipment prices and availability can change. We reconfirm both before placing your order.
Pulsar IT doesn't provide its own hardware warranty. Repairs and replacements under warranty follow the manufacturer's terms.

Do we have to buy equipment through you?
No. You can buy your own, and we can still help set it up. Buying through us means we can check specifications and compatibility before you buy and prepare devices before they arrive.
How is equipment priced?
Each order is quoted individually. The quote shows the equipment and the set-up and deployment work, so you can approve it before anything is ordered. Start with Build Your Quote or talk to us.
Who handles warranty claims?
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Where we support your devices, we can help diagnose faults and raise warranty claims on your behalf, and repairs or replacements then follow the manufacturer's terms.
What happens to our old equipment?
Only what you agree. We can collect old devices, move data off them and wipe them before reuse or disposal, scoped and quoted per order. We don't provide certified data destruction; if you need certificates, tell us at the start.
Can you send laptops straight to staff who work from home?
Yes. Devices can be prepared and shipped to staff at home, with help signing in provided remotely. Delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quote.
