Managed IT: choose your support plan
Three levels of managed IT support, each priced per workstation or laptop. Compare what's included, then choose one. Then add onsite days and, under Critical Hardware, the firewalls and servers you'd like us to manage. Security services follow in the next step.
Cybersecurity
Layered security, matched to your plan. Anything already included in your plan is marked as included and is never charged twice. Firewall and SIEM alerting is automated, with alerts reviewed by our team in line with your agreed service level; SOC-backed endpoint monitoring comes with Advanced IT & Security once your devices are onboarded. Automated responses run only where supported and authorised by you. Penetration testing, assessments and network projects are scoped with you; please don't include passwords, IP addresses or configuration details in your answers.
Infrastructure & projects
Add managed infrastructure, connectivity, telephony and projects. Where a price hasn't been set, we'll scope it with you. These items are listed on your quote but not added to the totals.
